DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY

All items are dispatched from the UK. We use first class signed for delivery service.

 

Any goods ordered will be delivered at no extra cost to your address in the United Kingdom. If your address is outside of the mainland UK, delivery charges will apply. 

 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within thirty days of your order.  If we are unable to deliver the goods within thirty days of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund or re-credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods

RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with the items you have received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the items, explaining why you are not happy.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the delivered items are damaged or you have received the wrong item.

Please Note:

Prior to returning items, you need an authorisation code.  To request an authorisation code please contact us by E-mail and include the following information:

A brief description of the reason for the return, Please include photographs of any damaged items.

Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email giving you step by step instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required.  Refunds are normally processed within 7days.

- Items must be received in good condition, carefully repackaged in the original packaging.

- Please note that returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.  For this reason, we recommend that you use recorded, trackable service.  You must request and retain proof of postage for all returned items. We can not take responsibility for returned items that go missing in the post .
